Nö, immer das selbe Auto. Das gute Stück hat ein Vierganggetriebe mit zuschaltbaren Overdrive und kommt soweit wir das nachvollziehen können ursprünglich aus Neunkirchen.
Das war aber 2000.

und das geht noch, ganz selten diese getriebe, behandle es gut gibt nix mehr dafür
ja hängt schon komisch da das bett, aber das müsste man sehen in echt, vieleicht doch was verbogen, kann das so nicht beurteilen, sorry

Ich gerade im Netz nach dem richte ohn Öl fürs Getriebe mit Overdrive geschaut. Entweder
steht da mineralisches Motoröl 20w50 oder 70w90 gl3. Scheint mir ein ziemlicher Unterschied zu sein.

Im Bedford Haynes Manual ist das Vauxhall4 mit Overdrive beschrieben mit Ölspezifikation.
Leider habe ich das Manual gerade nicht zur Hand.

das 20w50 kommt aber in den motor, getriebe 80er öl und ich meine im overdrive ist atf öl, wie im automatikgetriebe, müsste jetzt aber auch erst schauen

Hallo, nachdem ich erfahren habe das 4-Ganggetriebe mit zuschalbarem Overdrive Recht
selten im Hymermobil verbaut wurden, habe ich mich im Netz mal auf die Suche gemacht.
Die "allwissende" KI hat folgendes dazu vermerkt:
For a Hymermobil built on the Bedford Blitz (Bedford CF) chassis equipped with a Vauxhall manual gearbox and an aftermarket or period-fitted Laycock de Normanville J-type overdrive, use a high-quality 20W/50 mineral engine oil (such as Shell Helix HX3 or a classic car mineral oil).While the standard Bedford CF manual gearbox natively accepts a mild GL-4 gear oil, adding the Laycock overdrive changes the rules completely. The hydraulic cone clutch inside the J-type unit will slip under the weight of a heavy camper if modern gear oils or high-friction synthetics are used.Essential Fluid GuidelinesThe Golden Rule: Classic 20W/50 mineral engine oil is the safest choice for both the Vauxhall gearbox and the Laycock overdrive assembly.Alternative Option: A straight SAE 30 non-detergent motor oil can also be used if 20W/50 is unavailable.Strictly Avoid: Do not use modern API GL-5 hypoid gear oils or standard EP90 gear oils. They contain high-sulfur extreme pressure (EP) additives that erode internal brass synchronizers and cause the overdrive clutch to lose grip and slip under load.Service & Maintenance StrategyShared Sump Mechanics: On this configuration, the gearbox and the overdrive share the same oil supply. Oil moves between the two units, meaning any fluid you put into the main gearbox will feed the overdrive.Checking the Level: Always check the oil level at the primary gearbox filler plug. Ensure it is filled precisely to the "High" or "Spill" mark. Low oil levels will cause the fluid to foam inside the overdrive, causing the unit to get stuck or fail to engage.The Two-Step Drain: To completely change the fluid, you must drain the main gearbox and drop the lower brass base plate (sump) of the overdrive unit. Failing to drop the overdrive plate leaves nearly a quart of old, dirty oil trapped inside.Clean the Hidden Filter: While the overdrive base plate is removed, pull out the internal hydraulic mesh filter and clean the sump magnet. This removes fine metallic sludge that naturally accumulates and blocks hydraulic pressure.

das Laylock Overdrive ist in vielen Fahrzeugen eingebaut, oft zu finden bei Triumph, Opel hatte es im Rekord E und Commodore C und eben auch im Bedford. Welche "Erfahrungen" suchst Du oder was willst Du wissen? Ich bin grosser Overdrive Fan und fahre es schon einige Jahrzehnte in den verschiedesten Fahrzeugen. Bringt eine schön lange Untersetzung, kann man ohne Kupplung schalten, mir macht das Spass :tumb:

nein, das Overdrive wird über das Originalschaltgetriebe mit Öl versorgt, kein ATF
